local family, 2 kids, first year with the caravan, was privately owned from new, only had one person living in it and is in really nice condition. the caravan has lots of little extras, books, ornaments and odds and ends, also all your essentials. A real home from home. we always do our best to undercut havens prices, so we all get a good deal.
