LOCATED IN El Pinaret - the 'Pine Wood' Pto.Pollensa- which is a pleasant, green estate just a short 10 mins stroll from the centre of Puerto Pollensa and less than 5 mins from the sandy beach with its gentle waters ideal for families travelling with children.
There is an excellent choice of restaurants, shops and bars immediately to hand and the centre of the resort is just 500 metres away. There is also a 24 hour doctor and chemist about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
This apartment is ideally suited for 1-4 persons.

The Kitchen is adequately equipped with full size cooker with oven, microwave, kettle etc. There is also a washing machine.
The Bathroom has a full sized bath, shower, bidet, washbasin & toilet.
This really is a beautiful apartment situated in one of the prettiest parts of Puerto Pollensa.

The apartment block is very quiet & secluded if that is your choice but for those of you who like to integrate with fellow holiday makers just walk across the road!
OPPOSITE our apartment is the VILLA CONCHA APARTHOTEL which is open to non-residents in the SUMMER months and you are therefore allowed to use all their facilities. The pool area is landscaped with plenty of palm trees and lit up at night. There are three pools available and there is a lifeguard on duty for much of the time. The bar area has a restaurant which serves very good food that is well priced and compares favourably to many of the places in the town itself. The on-site shop is reasonably priced and you can find most of what you need in there.
