Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally situated private complex overlooking Nerja's Torrecilla Beach. This area is fast becoming as popular as that of Burriana Beach, with the added advantage of being only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike.
The Fuentes development is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with gardens, fountains and a large communal pool surrounded by grass. Each building is served by a lift, making it suitable for children, the elderly or the disabled, although there is no wheelchair access as such.
The accommodation is made up of 2 bedrooms (one double one twin) with two bathrooms (1 en-suite). Kitchen facilities include cooker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The spacious dinning/lounge opens out onto a comfortable east-facing terrace with views over the pool area and Torrecilla beach.

The balcony has been glassed in to make it very comfortable all year round, and enjoys the morning and early afternnon sunshine.
