Villa Alberto is a lovely and sunny air conditioned self catering townhouse in Nerja with a private pool and situated in the very quiet area of La Biznaga on the northern side of Nerja. The holiday rental property is just ten minutes walking to the very heart of town where you will find a host of shops, bars and restaurants and the famous Balcon de Europe, the focal point of Nerja town. It is also the same distance walking to the beach.
This three bedroom self catering town house is laid out across two levels and is stylishly furnished to a high standard. The villa has two very large and comfortable patios with plants, barbeque, sun beds and chairs.
The villa makes perfect family holiday rental accommodation sleeping up to six people in one double bedroom with king size bed and two further bedrooms each with twin beds. One full bathroom upstairs and one separate wc downstairs, modern kitchen, fully fitted for self catering with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, etc.
The lounge is comfortably furnished including modern sofas, satellite TV, dvd and cd player and round dining table with seating for six.
Outside two gates lead directly to one of the patios with sun beds plus barbeque and table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining and to the small private pool. The property benefits from air conditioning. There is also a private garage suitable for one car although car hire is not necessary for the location of this holiday rental accommodation.
